This is certainly no small feat, and it shows that there are major efforts in play by engineers to reduce the energy industry’s effects n resource depletion. There are, of course, some yet unproven technologies that could catalyze this efficiency metric. For now, though, the diesel industry will behave like diesel engines themselves and slowly but surely improve.
